city views convenient location easy travel
My Gotham Queen Balcony room had views of the city. The location was near bars and coffee shops. It was close to a subway station, so travel into the city was easy (I found this particularly helpful!).
The room was a bit small. There was not a lot of room for suitcases.

amazing views cozy bed helpful staff
i found the views from the hotel amazing. the comfort of the room matched the views. the bed felt very cozy, like sleeping on a cloud. i found the hotel staff very helpful, happy, and greeted everyone.
the shower leaked excessively. each day i needed to use all the towels to soak up the water from the bathroom floor. the bathroom lighting design is the worst i've ever seen.

The location in Williamsburg felt safe. I walked around at night. The room size was perfect. It felt functional and cozy? I loved that the staff were so kind and attentive. As a solo traveler, I appreciated genuinely feeling taken care of. It.
The elevators were overcrowded sometimes. Only two guest elevators are available.

The staff was super friendly and always ready to help with directions and luggage. I really appreciated their sense of urgency. It made everything so smooth. Every interaction felt engaging and very pleasant.

The room temperature was just perfect. I loved the bed. It was super comfortable! Plus, the balcony views were amazing. Maybe the best I've ever seen. I can't forget the shower was probably the best I ever experienced.

i enjoyed my time at this hotel. my room had le labo toiletries which was a nice touch. the staff seemed informed about nearby attractions and the hotel provided bicycle rentals. the hotel also had a pool and ping pong tables.
i noticed some minor wear in the hallways. it seemed like the hotel could use a bit of updating.
